Collect Scraps

Save food scraps from your kitchen.
Avoid: meat, dairy, and oils.

You can compost:
Hair • Eggshells • Coffee grounds • Cardboard • Paper towels • Grains • Nut shells

Freeze & Store

Store scraps in the freezer using a paper bag or silicone container to prevent odors.
