Aidan Flynn (She/Her)
I am a fourth-year Environmental Studies (B.S.) major. I joined ZWC because I wanted to be involved in teaching and inspiring the UCSB community to be less wasteful.
Matthew Schoen (He/Him)
I am a 3rd year Environmental Studies (B.S) major. I saw ZWC as a great way to get more involved in UCSB and further my education in environmental studies.
Livia Cherry (She/Her)
I am a 2nd year double major in Environmental Studies and Geography from Venice Beach, California. I joined ZWC to make an impact on UCSB and further my involvement in my major.
Dylan Lam (He/Him)
I’m a 4th year biological sciences major. I want to join the Zero Waste Committee because I am passionate about promoting sustainable living and believe that raising awareness about composting and zero-waste practices is crucial for protecting our environment. I am eager to contribute to initiatives that reduce waste and encourage our community to adopt more environmentally-friendly habits.

I am a 2nd year History of Public Policy and Sociology double major. I joined ZWC because I wanted to surround myself with like-minded people and have a chance to make a difference in the community.

Keira Baden (She/Her)
Hi! I’m a 3rd year double major in, Environmental Studies and Political Science. I joined ZWC to help educate students about composting infrastructure at UCSB and in Isla Vista with the hope of reducing food waste.

Hi, I’m a 4th year Sociology major with a minor in Applied Psychology. I wanted to share with other students at UCSB how easy it is to make a few changes in your everyday routine to live a less wasteful life!
